Frank 0 Posted October 13, 2022 Hello, I was banned because a banned account logged into my PC to see if he can play again (it was a stupid friend of mine). Now I was banned even though there are no cheats or anything on my PC. 1. I sent you emails where I explained everything but no one answered, why not?? 2. I also wrote emails to eac, there is no answer either. 3. I got banned in Discord, why ?? I didn't write anything there. I have over 1500 hours of gameplay and I really enjoy playing it but none of you help me to find a solution! Or to answer at all. I admit it was a mistake of mine to let my friend on my PC, but I didn't know that my account would be banned right away. I'm using Goggle Translator, sorry for my english! Our support team can be reached by emailing [email protected] Please note that if EAC is involved, ban appeals must go through EAC and our support team can not assist with bans issued by EAC and we are unable to provide any details regarding the ban.
